People take advantage of the good ones, of the nice ones. The ones that are always there arms wide open, the ones that bleed out kindness. They take and take and take until all of your spirit is gone and you're left empty. A shell of the bright energy you used to be.
You're so confused because you
were once so full of life and now you can't even remember the last time you looked in the mirror and smiled at your reflection. What happened to you?
You were used. Used because you were radiant. Used because you were everything that they weren't, and because you were everything that they wanted to be.
Be selfish. Share your love, but don't give it all away, because you need it too. You deserve to be loved by yourself, so allow it.
